I Had A Non Cancerous Lump (Lipoma) Removed Near My

I had a non cancerous lump (Lipoma) removed near my elbow. Now I have a large swelling size bigger than a golf ball at the site. It has been aspirated to remove the lymph fluid twice but it is already beginning to come back. My arm is wrapped with an elastic bandage but keeps swelling. What should I do
