I Had A Non Surgical Abortion In February. Everything Went

I had a non surgical abortion in February. Everything went well. I went back for an ultrasound and they said I would still bleed for just a week or so because I still had clots. It is not the end of May and I'm still consistently bleeding. Some days light, some days a lot and huge clots still being released. What could be causing this?
