I Had A Novasure Applications About A Year Ago To

I had a novasure applications about a year ago to remove fibroids and i gain alot of belly fat so much that I actually look like I could be about five months pregnant,my belly is kinda firm at the top,is this an after math of have a novasure or could I actually be pregnant,I have not add a period since the surgery?
