I Had A Operation On My Hip Last Christmas And

I had a operation on my hip last Christmas and they found I have arthritis in both my hip joint and will need a hip replacement. The pain in my hip is constant and knocks me sick on a daily basis but the past few weeks my legs have felt like dead weights of a night time when I'm trying to rest and I'm getting constant pins and needles in them. Will this just be due to the arthritis?
