I Had A Pacemaker/defibrillator Implanted Almost 4 Weeks Ago. The

I had a pacemaker/defibrillator implanted almost 4 weeks ago. The incision is almost healed. Seemed to have a suture abscess that has almost healed but am having pain that goes almost into armpit and about 2 inches below the incision. The pain is best described as very touchy skin, almost hurts to touch it. It is not red or hot but super sensitive. Is this normal and how long will it last?
