I Had A Pacemaker Put In 6 Days Ago And

I had a pacemaker put in 6 days ago and put on propafenone 425mg. I have swelling and bruising in my left upper arm and swelling inside elbow with pain going into my hand and fingers particularly my index finger. have a dull headache, tired, and light flu like symptoms . also taking Xeralto and Tylenol.
Any ideas of what could be causing this
