I Had A Pain In My Lower Left Side That

I had a pain in my lower left side that came on kind if quickly then I sneezed and felt a bursting sensation followed by intense burning feeling and it all was very painful went into sweets and wife said looked very pale. After a few minutes felt better but still severe pain in left side can't cough sneeze or flex muscle without more pain as its constant but more intense when I do either of these things? Any help
