I Had A Pain In The Base Of My Head

I had a pain in the base of my head toward my spine about a week ago. I continued to feel like there was fluid in my head. A little dizziness, but not too bad. Here I am a week later still having the fluid in my head. Feels like I need for everything in my head to drain, but it is just there and not going a way. I also feel like I have bronchitis with a very nasal "froggy" sounding voice. Pretty miserable. My doctor prescribed me
Zirtec and nose spray. A couple of days ago I did run a fever of 102 and stayed in the bed all day.
