I Had A Pain Tht Started In Left Side Of

I had a pain tht started in left side of my back then moved to front of my lower abdomen. It feels as though my left testicle is being twisted. I'm also discharge n clear stuff from inside of penis. I'm scared and hope no std. I've been treated for similar things with antibiotics on several occasions and also I drink mountain dew all day barely any water. Now I quit dew and drink water and cranberry juice. Do I need to be seen or will this just go away?
