I Had A Pap Was Normal But I Was Considered

I had a pap was normal but i was considered postmenopausal and had occasional spotting, not often at all. so they did a ultra sound, and then a biopsy and then a D & C... and the results from that was
Endometrium, Curettage: portions of endometrium distorted by complex atypical endometrial hyperplasia, suspicious in areas of well differentiated endometrioid adenocarcinoma. She sent me to another doctor and he automatically wants to give me a hysterectomy... ???????? what are my other alternatives..
