I Had A Parotidectomy On Thursday And Feel Like I

I had a parotidectomy On Thursday and feel like I have TMJ. I have pain in the Left ear when I open my mouth and pain in the Left Jaw. I have been taking cleocin post-op and the pain did not start until 2 days after surgery. Pain med is only dulling the pain and it feels like a hot needle is in my ear. This is all on the surgical side. Please advise.
