I Had A Partial DaVincci Hysterectomy On Tuesday. Everything Has

I had a partial DaVincci hysterectomy on Tuesday. Everything has gone well except for sharp stabbing pain just below my rib cage on the left side, mainly in my back. It started yesterday evening. I have been taking gas-x with no relief. It in fact seems worse and is accompanied by moderate nausea. Is gas the most likely cause, ir could it be something I need to go in for?
