I Had A Partial Hysterectomy, I Still Have My Ovaries,

I had a partial hysterectomy, I still have my ovaries, 5 years ago. Recently I have been having cramps like I did on my period. Severe cramps left side front low. It either feels like I'm about to start or I'm about to deliver and neither one is possible! had a urine test for infections and it came back clear. I have an appt with my doc next week. I had severe pains 2 days and lighter cramps day 3 and 4 just like my period. What the heck is going on?
