I Had A Partial Hysterectomy Wednesday, Where They Also Put

I had a partial hysterectomy Wednesday, where they also put a mesh around my ladder and removed endomitriosis from my ovary. I had a very difficult time coming out of the anesteshia with bad migrains, throwing up and dizziness. I was released yesterday it told to stay on BRAT diet. How long do one stay in this type of diet?
