I Had A Partial Hysterectomy In 2013,immediately Afterward I Started

I had a partial hysterectomy in 2013,immediately afterward I started getting bumps on the right side of my face.First it was one then two then four to five.I went to a skin doctor,who gave me gel and capsules,they didnt work and it was very costly.My doctor told me it wasn't any thing to worry about,but that's easy to say.I've never had this before my hysterectomy.I want these bumps off my face.I feel like its internally a problem.They itch and has my face red.Could it be some type of skin cancer?Should I be worried?Worried!!!! Need advice
