I Had A Partial Hysterectomy On Tuesday Nov. 27. Removed

I had a partial hysterectomy on Tuesday nov. 27. Removed uterus and tubes, ovaries were left. It was a vaginal surgery. I am experiencing liteheadedness and dizziness. Upon discharge my blood work was done and no signs of a problem. I have limited my meds thinking they were the problem. Last time I took perceset was 24 hrs ago. I am eating small meals several times a day and drinking regularly. Urine and bowel movements are good. Should I return to my dr as early as November 2nd because of this?
