I Had A Partial Hysterectomy, Only One Ovary Was Not

I had a partial hysterectomy, only one ovary was not removed due to cervical cancer. Last year I had rectal heavy bleeding with black tissues that looked like blot clots. Now I have bleeding via the vagina that it's the exact bloody thing as last year. I went to the ER because I get these horrible pain in my pelvis and lower back. I was told to go to a gyn doctor, was given a number and told to go right away. I called and was told I couldn't just walk in, I am totally confused.. Please give me some information as to why I'm having these bleedings and overwhelming pain right after every time I bleed
