I Had A Perforated Bowel Once Hd Part Of The

I had a perforated bowel once hd part of the colon removed and now I have regular colonoscopies done. Three years ago I had polyps lately I'm feeling weak tired and when I eat a little I get full fast then half I have a bowl movement. Should I be worried?
