I Had A Pericardial Cyst Partially Removed From My Heart,

I had a pericardial cyst partially removed from my heart, they could not get it all because it was attached to my heart and the surgeon said he tugged on it but could nor remove all of it. Since surgery 4 months ago I have had chest, neck, back, ear and jaw pain. Of and on, one episode put me in the hospital, thought I has having a heart attack.. All blood tests and stress tests were normal butt my cardiologist diagnosed me as having peracarditis.there is not a lot of fluid build up by my heart races sometimes and I feel like the attack is coming on again. How serious should I take this. I am used to running or treading at least 2 miles 4 times a week. Should I stop? Does a alcohol or caffeine affect peracarditis. I also have a very stressful job. I am 57 and have felt 35 until I had this surgery.
