I Had A Period 6 Days Ago But These Past

I had a period 6 days ago but these past 3 days I've been cramping and bleeding. When I wipe it's a pinkish color. Today I stopped bleeding but my tummy is still cramping but it's not painful cramps it's just irritating . Is there something bad wrong with me
