I Had A Period A Week Ago,I Did Not Start

I had a period a week ago,I did not start bleeding again until I had sex a week later. I also had symptoms of a really bad headache, some dizziness(which occurred a week before any of this started) and light nausea (which occurred before any of this started). I also got off of depo almost two months ago. What could this be?
