I Had A Period Last Month On The 12th Of

I had a period last month on the 12th of Feb.I was suppose to come on the 18th of this month March. I've had severe bloating last week with a brown discharge when I wiped myself for two days and a scant amount of spotting for two days. I've taken two test with negative results. What is going on. Am I pregnant?
