I Had A Piece Of Steel In My Eye The

I had a piece of steel in my eye the steel was removed 2 days ago there is a rust ring still in my eye will that go away or do I need to go to emergency room I don't have credit card as I'm on pension & don't have money as I found out I need money to get the answer thanks anyway
