I Had A Pimple Like Numb On My Left Nipple.

I had a pimple like numb on my left nipple. On the actual tip of nipple. I did not know that it was a pimple until today In the shower and it seemed to of some what pop on its own. I the. Squeezed it my self and got a white pliable substance discharged. Any help appreciated.
