I Had A Pinched Nerve Between My C6 And C7

I had a pinched nerve between my C6 and C7 and it was fixed with surgery. My issue still, is that my left index finger is tingling and puffy. I cannot bend my finger into a fist, it only bends to a 9o degree at the most.
Will it go away in time being that my pinched nerve was fixed? It has been 2 weeks since my surgery.
