I Had A Pit Tumor ( Secreting GH, ACTH &

I had a pit tumor ( secreting GH, ACTH & TSH) in 2008 removed. In February 2015 I started having high calcium, low vitamin D, high platelet count but normal PTH & a 4cm Cervical lymph node. FNA was clean. Normal hormone Hyperparathyroidism? Does that always indicate MEN 1?
