I Had A Place To Come Up On My Upper

I had a place to come up on my upper leg. It was really red -no drainage- and it started about three days ago. My doctor said it a staph He gave e an ointment (should I cover the area after using the ointment?) Also he gave me an oral antibiotic. Te redness has shrunk in size.

I also have a sinus infection which he is treating.
