I Had A Pneumonia Shot On Sept. 8 And Then

I had a pneumonia shot on Sept. 8 and then I got a runny nose that would not stop and it gradually turned int a rash on my face and now I have swelling and pealing of the skin and I am going to my Dr. this afternoon, is this a reaction from the shot, otherwise I have not changed any other things in my eating or taking of meds.
