I Had A Polypectomy Hysterscope Done The 20th For Heavy

I had a polypectomy hysterscope done the 20th for heavy menstruation.1 polyp sax found in ultrasound and i don't find out what was actually found until the 4th. So anyways it was done day 3 of my period which was heavy ad usual. so right safety procedure period almost stopped then did then2 days ago om stopping BLACK blood and clots.not red or brown. Now today when i urinate im getting extremely sharp painful shots through my pelvis. Not pain in my urethra or whatever its through my pelvis. left to right. Is this all normal?
