I Had A Positive RH Factor Show Up In Blood

I had a positive RH factor show up in blood work. I currently have osteoarthritis. I am 59 and was sent to a rheumatologist for further testing and blood work. The nurse called and said I had prior evidence of a hepatitis infection and doctor was getting a second opinion and that I may be referred to a gastroenterologist. I was exposed to Hepatitis B in my early 20's through sexual contact but never fell ill. I also had mononucleosis when I was 18 and have recurring Shingles. Could those viruses have been mistaken for a hepatitis infection? Would those viruses cause a positive RH factor? Also does this mean I could carry hepatitis? I don't go back to this doctor for a couple months. Thank you.
