I Had A Preterm Delivery 39 Days Ago. My Husband

I had a preterm delivery 39 days ago. My husband is not with me, I would travel to him right after 17 days. I want to conceive as soon as possible. My doctor asked me to take duphaston 10 mg to get periods and start ovulation by 29 Jan. But even while taking duphaston spotting started, doctor asked me to increase dose of duphaston 2BD but been a day spotting hasn't stopped. What should I do? Stop duphaston than my ovulation fays will not occur during my visit to my husband. Last time I conceived with lezra nd IVFC 5000. Please suggest what to do now
