I Had A Previous Miscarriage At 20weeks All Of A

I had a previous miscarriage at 20weeks all of a sudden... I then got myself tested back in India and tested only for IGg and IGm and Lupus anticoagulant profile. My DVT came positive and it concluded I am Lupus positive. After that I am now pregnant 8+ weeks and have had myself checked in Dubai where only an Antibodies test was done which came negative. I was somehow not convinced if I should follow my Indian docs suggestion and start with injections or listen to the doc back here who said injections were not required. I then got an opinion from my Indian doc again and he asked me to see a Hematologist who has now taken my Lupus tests again and prescribed me on Clexane 40mg everyday for a month until the results come up and will get my Lupus checked every month to monitor. My question is...Is it okay for me to stop taking injections mid-way through pregnancy incase my results come negative?
