I Had A Procedure Done On My Lip On Friday.

I had a procedure done on my lip on Friday. Long story short, my dog bit my lip off and I had reconstructive surgery a month ago.. On Friday the plastic surgeon took stem cells from my legs and did injections in my lip. now have a raised, blistery rash on my forehead on the right side above my eye. It has slowly spread over the last 2 days. It is very painful to touch, and is causing a headache on that side only and discomfort in that whole side of my face.
