I Had A Protected Encounter (heterosexual) With A Very High

I had a protected encounter (heterosexual) with a very high risk female. It was protected both vaginal intercourse and oral sex. I am petrified with fear of HIV. I am also worried about the usual cadre of herpes, syphilis, hep, etc. I need some advice on what to do going forward. Thanks!
