I Had A Radical Prostatectomy In September Of 2009. My

I had a radical prostatectomy in September of 2009. My psa for the first 5 years was .00 - .02. Last year it was .04. This past October, it was .07. I realize something is probably beginning to happen, but other than a mail notification noting some elevation, my pcp has not recommended anything at this time. Should I seek other advice? thanks.
