I Had A Rash Develop On The Inside Of The

I had a rash develop on the inside of the thigh, red, slightly raised and itchy and spread slowly to back of legs , ankles and arms. No other symptoms however . It started a week ago , went to urgent care and they gave me triamincinalone cream but is not working. Am not sure what I should do.
