I Had A Rash Not Rash But Bites All Over

I had a rash not rash but bites all over forehead and chest in feb. it has not come back and no other symptoms. I was spending the pm A lot at my friends and she has cats and lives with a lot of sand. Could this be mite or bed bugs. Or fleas. 8 cats. They looked like pimples. No rash but got my forehead and chest. Have not had since. I’m afraid to go over now to see her
