I Had A Reaction To An Inhalant. Thrush Spread Throughout

I had a reaction to an inhalant. Thrush spread throughout my mouth and just slightly to the back of my throat. I have managed to eliminate the thrush in my mouth but it has spread to my throat and no amount of gargling is having an effect. What can I do?
