I Had A Reaction To Requip Causing A Rhythmic Tremor

I had a reaction to requip causing a rhythmic tremor in my head and right arm. Was resolved with benadryl and raglan but returned the next night and did not respond to meds. Was admitted for sepsis d/t 19.5 white count with no source of infection. Out of 3 Er visits and calls to my doctor no one will order an mri. I have symptoms of lupus and ms including positive Ana and antiDs DNA 30 and elevated sed rate. With no definitive diagnosis. The neurologist said it was phsychogenic after initial diagnosed with dystonia. Should they have done an mri and what could possible have caused this?
