I Had A Real Bad Dizzy Spell, Everything Was Spinning.

I had a real bad dizzy spell, everything was spinning. My face turned bright red and I felt sick to my stomach. I threw up a little and felt better about 30 minutes later. My blood sugar was 95, blood pressure 149/89 with pulse 87 and no fever. I am 59 and have never done this before. My husband wants me to see a doctor. should i see a doctor or wait to see if this happens again?
