I Had A Realignment To My Left Knee 2 Yrs

I had a realignment to my left knee 2 yrs ago I fell on it and have damaged my cartlidge my surgeon has suggested a graft but says this doesnt always work im in alot of pain and is very swollen have coped with this for 18 months at times I cant weight bare im only 52 and this is affecting my wellbeing will nit replace my knee as says to young suggestions please numerous pain relief taken and administered
