I Had A Recent SI Joint Fusion On Left Side

I had a recent SI joint fusion on left side on January 26 and three days ago my left foot and calf have become tender and tender to touch. The Dr. Has outruled blood clot by ultrasound and I am now taking prednisone since Friday with no results yet. Very painful any advice?
