I Had A Recent Cat Scan On My Kidney And

I had a recent cat scan on my kidney and bladder all came back normal. They did notice a small cyst on my pancrease. Recommended a MRI. Saw the same cluster simple cyst within the uncinate process of pancreatic head likely representing side ranch IPMNs. They suggeste I do another MRI in 6 months
I am looking for a Gastroenconolgist that specializes in cystes on Pancrease. I underst the University is Pa is the best hospital in the area. I am in Florida now but returning in December. Can this wait till then ?
I have no pains or any symptoms it just showed up on a test for something else
Can you recommend the best doctor for this problem ? Or should I just wait the 6 months recommended. My last MRI was 8-14-15
