I Had A Recent Cbc Done And The Result Was

I had a recent cbc done and the result was wbc 10.6, mono .682, rbc 3.85, hgb 11.1, hct 32.7, rdw 19.3 and mpv 7.11. I suspected i was anemic and started takiing iron supplements. what do the other abnormalities mean? Am i very sick or the anemia caused other abnormalities as well
