I Had A Red Rash Suddenly Appear On My Inner

I had a red rash suddenly appear on my inner right thigh and slightly on the left. May lip tingles on the lower left, my "grographic" tongue is irritated and painful on the tip and sides. I had a sore throat last week and it is beginning to bother me again. Any ideas?
