I Had A Red Sore Spot On My Lower Abdomen....i

I had a red sore spot on my lower abdomen....i was heavier before and it tends to lay over ....I cleaned it several times a day used deodorant on it and this kept it dry.....but it started to get worse and itch uncontrollably.... Then I used desiring to keep it dry and wear a t shirt under my clothes to keep the skin apart but it has kept getting worse and is now turning brown ....I have even used neosporin and nothing seems to help
