I Had A Repeat C/section 7 Days Ago With Both

I had a repeat c/section 7 days ago with both Fallopian tubes removed. 5 days later I am getting bouts of severe chills with no fever and diarrhea. No pain or visible problems at incision site. I do have bilateral pain that feels like something is twisted where I'm guessing my ovaries remain. My pain level is very low, just mostly concerned about yhe chills and diarrhea
