I Had A Respiratory Flu The Month Of April And

I had a respiratory flu the month of April and have continued to have shortness of breath since. I have seen a pulmonary dr. and a cardiologist with no to little improvement. I have an aortic valve replacement and a pacemaker since the valve surgery (complications of surgery). Is it possible that I still have some infection brewing?
