I Had A Respiratory/sinus Infection Issue Last Week. Have Been

I had a respiratory/sinus infection issue last week. Have been on antibiotics and a steroid pack for a week. Also, had elevated blood pressure. Today, I had an episode of shakiness, sweating, elevated blood pressure, nausea, and was light headed. Should I be concerned or just getting over the the virus?
