I Had A Respiratory Tract Infection Which Caused Deafness In

I had a respiratory tract infection which caused deafness in left ear and I had infection in my jaw resulting in teeth extractions left side and right lower jaw all within the space of eight weeks. Now I have extreme pain in my body especially my hands small bumps on index finger and right thumb finger. Noticing my neck hip and feet/ankles getting worse. Doctor sent off blood test for rheumatoid arthritis 2weeks ago it came back negative which I was extremely happy about. had an X-ray last week on hands and awaiting the result.
Could the chest infection have caused all these issues? My body does not feel well always very tired evening typing this is annoying since finger tips are painful
